Communication & Planning

This is the fun brainstorming stage where we bring your ideas to life and make sure we're creating something truly meaningful to you. We'll also review the commission agreement and answer any questions so everything feels clear and comfortable moving forward.

Once you're ready to begin, a 50% deposit secures your spot and allows me to start creating your piece.

Creating Together

I'll provide a project timeline and get started on sketches and planning. Please allow at least 2–3 weeks for the creation process. Throughout the journey, I'll keep you updated and share sketches for your feedback. Once the painting is complete, I'll send photos of the finished piece for your approval.

One complimentary revision is included, because I want you to absolutely love your artwork.

Shipping Your Artwork

Once you've approved the final artwork, I'll calculate the shipping cost and carefully package your painting to ensure it arrives safe and sound. After the remaining balance is paid, your artwork will be shipped and on its way to you.
